Job Summary
RLD/Innovator Products Procurement from Global markets, handle end to end activities from providing negotiated price of RLD, verification of supplier address & issued Test Licenses, ensuring Lot wise import of various strengths, till payment of invoices to global suppliers.
Areas Of Responsibility

• Provide Availability, Price, etc. info. for RLD as requested by R&D and BD teams.
• Maintain RLD procurement process, templates/formats for error-free RLD supplies within agreed time.
• Float inquiries & negotiate with suppliers for prices & issue POs as per PR & docs received from R&D.
• Provide Supplier address, Manufacturer Address, PIL, Photographs of RLD to R&D & IRA Teams for application of Test Licenses.
• Ensure sameness of PO & BE Test License for correct strength, pack-size, study location, expiry, etc.
• Ensure Lot and Qty. availability from target country & Follow up with suppliers for expedited supply.
• Check Shipping Docs sent by supplier & arrange Pickup of RLD by directing Import logistics Team.
• Review supplies received & ensure invoice payment is made to supplier.
• Share Debited Test License copy with FRD/PMO team and also maintain it in our folder.
