Purpose : Provide leadership for Design & Execution team. Improve service delivery. Responsible to achieve business goals & profitability targets.
KEY ROLE Responsible for overseeing the operations of a company. Lead all Department, develop strategic plans, manage resources and ensure the company achieves its objectives of growth, profitability, and overall success.
Design Leadership & Excellence: Define and drive the overall design vision aligned with the firm's turnkey corporate interior goals. Ensure concept-to-completion quality control across all projects (planning, execution, delivery). Establish design standards, guidelines & benchmarks for the organization .
Cross-Department Advisory & Integration: Weekly review and optimization in Design, Project, Procurement and BD Department to achieve Cost Competitive , Within time and Quality work. Review cross-functional design to reduce gaps and improve collaboration.
Client-Centric Role Front Face & Lead: During presentations For clients during pitching, positioning the firm as a strategic partner rather than a service provider . Translate client aspirations into innovative, cost-effective, and scalable Design Build solutions.
Business Growth & Brand Positioning: Guiding Team in winning high-value projects through strategic design inputs during pitches and RFPs. Build the firm's design identity and thought leadership in the market (seminars, case studies, showcases). Mentor and groom the team to scale organizational capability.
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Implement/ Derive optimal SOPs for design approvals, reducing turnaround time. Champion use of technology (BIM, AI tools) to improve accuracy, speed, and client experience. Establish a feedback loop with clients and execution teams for continuous improvement.
Organizational Influence & Leadership :Work closely with management vision to align design strategy with business growth strategy. Act as a change agent introducing sustainable, innovative practices across departments. Act as the voice of design in key decision-making discussions.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
