Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM, e-Procurement, Railway, and MahaTender portals.
Oversee bid preparation, documentation, pricing, and submission as per tender requirements.
Ensure technical and financial bids are accurate, complete, and submitted before deadlines.
Business Development:
Develop strategies to expand business through government tenders and empanelments.
Build and maintain relationships with key officials, departments, and procurement authorities.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and vendor registrations.
Contract Execution & Operations:
Oversee execution of awarded projects, including manpower deployment, logistics, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, service quality, and performance standards.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, GST, Labour Laws, etc.) are maintained.
Manage all post-award documentation, performance reports, and renewals.
Maintain records of tender submissions, LOAs, and payment follow-ups.
Team Leadership:
Lead tender, operations, and accounts teams to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery.
Provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve organizational targets.
