Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate between medical, nursing, and non-medical departments to maintain efficient workflow.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization across units.
Supervise human resource functions such as recruitment, performance appraisal, and staff welfare.
Ensure patient satisfaction by improving service delivery and addressing grievances promptly.
Monitor and implement safety, hygiene, and infection control measures.
