Roles and Responsibilities

:

Financial Management & Cost Control

Oversee budgets, P&L, and financial performance of the organization. Implement effective cost-control measures to maximize efficiency. Ensure resources are allocated optimally for business success.

Operations & Project Delivery

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all functions. Monitor timely execution and quality delivery of projects. Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and guide department heads and cross-functional teams. Build a performance-driven culture with accountability and integrity. Encourage teamwork, professional development, and ethical practices.

Stakeholder & Compliance Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and industry regulations. Present business performance reports and recommendations to senior management/board.

Site Planning & Site Visits

Oversee site planning activities to align projects with organizational goals and timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Construction Activity Oversight

Supervise and coordinate various construction activities and trades. Ensure all construction works meet project specifications, quality requirements, and deadlines.

Requirements

:

MBA/PGDM in Management, Finance, Operations, or equivalent professional degree.

16-18 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management role.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proven ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.

Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, planning, and execution.

High financial acumen with strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving orientation.

In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.

Knowledge of statutory compliances, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Commitment to ethical practices, transparency, and accountability.
