At least 5+ years in a senior management role (GM / Project Director / Operations Head)

We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Construction to lead and manage end-to-end construction project operations. The role involves planning, execution, cost control, team leadership, and client coordination, with strong emphasis on IT and digital skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of construction projects from planning to handover

Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams

Monitor project schedules, cost, billing, and cash flow

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure HSE and statutory compliance

Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and management reports

IT & Software Skills (Mandatory):

Advanced MS Excel

MS Project / Primavera

ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Procore / similar)

PowerPoint & digital reporting tools

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

MBA / PMP - preferred

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & communication

Excellent planning & analytical skills

Cost control & contract management

Tech-savvy and data-driven approach

Salary:

Best in industry (commensurate with experience)
