Hiring: General Manager - Marketing & Sales

Location: Kolkata | Full-time, Permanent

One of our reputed clients (listed on the stock exchange) is looking for an experienced leader to drive marketing and sales across their leisure and entertainment verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire Marketing & Sales function ( Service Industry ) Design campaigns (digital, BTL, print) to boost footfall & revenue Build partnerships with schools, corporates, and tour operators Drive institutional sales & event collaborations Analyze market trends and competitor insights Represent the brand in expos & trade fairs

Who We're Looking For:

Graduate with full time MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience Proven track record in revenue growth & brand strategy Background in hospitality, FMCG,Amusement or tourism preferred Excellent leadership, communication & execution skills Dynamic, target-driven & strategic thinker
