3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ensure an excellent customer experience from initial contact to project execution and after-sales support.
Develop and implement CRM systems to track customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction.
Address customer complaints and resolve disputes to maintain a positive brand image.
4. Pricing & Proposal Management
Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining profitability.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, tenders, and bidding documents for large-scale projects.
Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and performance.
5. Policy & Regulatory Compliance
Stay updated with government policies, net metering regulations, and subsidy programs.
Engage with policymakers and industry bodies to align company offerings with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in sales and marketing activities.
6. Team Leadership & Training
Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Conduct training programs on solar technology, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.

7. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Develop alliances with solar panel manufacturers, inverter suppliers, and financing institutions.
Identify opportunities for joint ventures, dealership networks, and channel partnerships.
Work closely with the EPC and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences using data analytics tools.
Generate reports and insights for senior management to aid decision-making.
Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
