Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products domestically and internationally. Lead the marketing team, fostering a performance-driven culture and guiding product managers and marketing executives. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies and ensure effective product positioning. Drive new product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing products. Design and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and branding strategies. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, and healthcare professionals. Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns. Collaborate with R&D and production departments for product development inputs based on market needs. Responsible for developing effective Marketing Plan and meet the brand wise objectives Ensure unit wise and rupee value wise growth of brands through developing effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in brand management, market expansion, and team leadership. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
