Role Overview
The
General Manager - Marketing & Branding
will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies to build brand equity, drive occupancy, and enhance customer experience. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, offline branding, campaign management, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a
comprehensive marketing and branding strategy
aligned with company growth goals.
Drive
digital marketing campaigns
(SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing) to increase visibility and conversions.
Lead
branding initiatives
including design, content, PR, and corporate communications.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Manage
ATL/BTL campaigns
, events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify trends and opportunities.
Oversee
brand positioning and identity
across all customer touchpoints.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Track, measure, and report ROI on marketing campaigns.
Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, corporates, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or related field.
8-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-4 years in a
leadership role
.
Proven experience in
startup, hospitality, real estate, or co-living sector
preferred.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics).
Experience with
brand building, PR, ATL/BTL campaigns, and offline events
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
