Key Responsibilities:
? Manage daily operations of the resort, ensuring five-star service delivery.
? Lead department heads and drive guest satisfaction initiatives.
? Oversee revenue management, cost control, and marketing efforts.
? Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain exceptional F&B standards.
Requirements:
? 10+ years of luxury resort/hotel management experience.
? Proven track record in operational excellence and team leadership.
