Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive growth, and ensure organizational excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, financial performance, and operational efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and profitability.

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments (HR, Sales, Finance, Operations, Administration).

Lead, motivate, and manage department heads and teams to achieve performance targets.

Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls.

Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Establish KPIs, review performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Represent the company in key meetings, negotiations, and partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

5-8 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, HR, and strategic planning.

Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
