Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, and smooth operation of the hotel/resort. This role involves planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction, efficient operations, profitability, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality or related field (preferred). Proven experience in hotel or resort management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of hotel operations, F&B, front office, housekeeping, and administration.
Experience

Minimum 4

-7 years

experience in a managerial role in a hotel or resort
