General Manager

to lead our resort operations, ensuring excellence across all departments and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of all resort departments -- Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Accounts, HR, and Sales. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback with professionalism. Develop and implement strategies for business growth, occupancy improvement, and cost efficiency. Lead, motivate, and train departmental heads and team members to achieve performance goals. Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control operational expenses. Maintain strong vendor, government, and tourism board relationships. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the sales team. Prepare periodic reports and present them to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration. Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in resort or hotel operations, with at least

3 years in a managerial capacity.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and maintain operational excellence. Sound knowledge of PMS, inventory, and front office management systems. Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
