WANTED - GENERAL MANAGER (Operations & Finance)



Medium but growing residential villa developer seeks an experienced professional to manage end-to-end project execution and financial control.

Role: Oversee planning, contracts, site supervision, procurement, vendor management, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and cost optimisation.

Profile: Degree in Civil Engg./Construction/Finance; 7+ years' experience in residential projects; proven operational & financial management skills; strong leadership & communication abilities.
