SafarApp (safarapp.in) is a growing taxi and mobility platform focused on providing reliable and affordable transport services. We are expanding our presence in Katni and looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead local operations.
Key Responsibilities
Increase user app downloads and registrations
Manage and support taxi drivers
Handle driver onboarding and training
Maintain regular communication with drivers
Resolve operational and customer issues
Coordinate with the central team
Monitor daily performance and growth
Plan and execute local marketing activities
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate / MBA preferred
Minimum 2-4 years experience in operations, sales, or management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in taxi/logistics/startup sector is a plus
Good knowledge of Katni and nearby areas
Smartphone and basic computer knowledge required
What We Offer
Fixed salary of ?60,000 per month
