Oversee end-to-end store operations and daily performance
Manage store staff, attendance, discipline, and productivity
Ensure sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational standards
Handle reporting, MIS, and performance updates to the CEO
Ensure compliance with company policies and retail SOPs
Qualifications & Experience
Any degree
3-4 years of experience in the retail jewellery industry (Store Manager/GM role)
Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
