dynamic Operations Manager
who can oversee daily operations, manage therapists, handle customer escalations, and help scale the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
Oversee daily bookings, scheduling, and coordination of therapists
Ensure smooth functioning of all services across the city
Maintain service quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction
Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise massage therapists and support staff
Manage shift planning, attendance, and performance
Conduct regular team meetings and skill-improvement sessions
Customer Experience
Handle customer issues, complaints, and special requests
Ensure positive service experience and maintain high ratings
Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups
Business Growth
Work closely with founders to plan offers, packages, sales strategies
Monitor daily targets, revenue, and booking performance
Implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily MIS reports, performance tracking, and analytics
Manage vendor partnerships, inventories (oils, sheets, equipment)
Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
Requirements
2-5 years experience in operations / hospitality / wellness / service industry
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
Ability to manage teams and handle pressure
Comfortable with phone coordination & customer interactions
Good knowledge of basic software (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Problem-solving mindset and leadership attitude
