We are a fast-growing salon brand focused on delivering premium beauty & wellness services. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive marketing initiatives to increase customer walk-ins and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and motivate staff, handle scheduling, training, and performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service & hygiene.
Plan marketing campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and events.
Increase brand visibility and customer walk-ins.
Monitor stock, vendor management, and overall expenses.
Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work towards monthly sales targets and revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in salon/spa/retail/hospitality.
Strong understanding of salon operations & marketing.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Experience in handling a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM or salon software (preferred).
