Oversee the entire operations of the resort including Rooms, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Spa, and Recreation.
Ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-centric functioning across all departments.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service quality, and operational excellence.
Act as the brand ambassador and uphold the resort's reputation for luxury and personalized experiences.
2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure memorable stays.
Personally interact with VIP guests and handle feedback or complaints with professionalism and promptness.
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback platforms to continuously improve ratings and reputation.
Implement service training and performance standards to maintain a consistent luxury experience.
3. Financial Management
Develop, implement, and monitor the resort's annual budget, forecasts, and financial goals.
Maximize revenue across all streams - rooms, F&B, events, wellness, and activities.
Control costs and optimize profitability without compromising guest experience.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to ensure strong business performance.
4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Positioning
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive room bookings, corporate retreats, destination weddings, and leisure traffic.
Build and maintain partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and online travel platforms (OTAs).
Represent the resort in hospitality forums, exhibitions, and tourism associations.
Develop creative marketing initiatives to highlight the property's unique features and location advantages.
5. Human Resources & Team Development
Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and guest orientation.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of key staff.
Ensure employee engagement, morale, and adherence to resort values and policies.
6. Operational Standards & Compliance
Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, safety protocols, hygiene standards, and legal compliances.
Maintain property upkeep, landscaping, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all local government, statutory, and environmental regulations.
7. Strategic Planning & Growth
Identify new business opportunities, packages, and experiences to attract guests.
Plan and oversee special events, retreats, and collaborations that elevate the resort's profile.
Work with ownership on future expansion, upgrades, or sustainability initiatives.
8. Owner & Corporate Relations
Provide regular operational and financial updates to ownership / corporate office.
Build trust through transparent reporting, strategic inputs, and result-driven performance.
Present innovative ideas to enhance the property's long-term profitability and market presence.
