Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

General Manager - Sales & Service

to lead overall dealership operations, drive sales growth, ensure service excellence, and manage cross-functional teams in line with Bajaj Auto standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations

Lead and monitor new two-wheeler sales performance Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Develop local market strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition plans Manage sales team productivity, training, and motivation Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand experience

Service Operations

Oversee workshop operations and service quality Ensure timely vehicle servicing, warranty handling, and complaint resolution Improve service retention, repeat business, and CSI scores Monitor service revenue, productivity, and cost control

Overall Management

Manage dealership profitability (P&L responsibility) Coordinate between Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance, and Insurance teams Ensure compliance with Bajaj Auto processes, audits, and policies Handle manpower planning, performance reviews, and team discipline Maintain strong relationships with OEM, vendors, and local stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of experience in

Two-Wheeler Dealership Operations

Minimum 3-5 years in a

Senior Manager / GM role

Strong knowledge of Bajaj Auto sales & service processes (preferred) Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer-handling abilities

Qualification

Graduate / MBA preferred
