To lead all departments for the timely, budget-compliant, and quality-standard execution of all company projects (Road & Bridge) and to define strategic direction for the organization's long-term growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Project Management
Monitor the progress of all ongoing and new projects as per WBS, Gantt Chart, and set targets.
Ensure quality and speed of work as per BOQ, drawings, and
Provide immediate solutions to site issues, tender delays, and machinery
B. Operations Management
Receive weekly MIS from all HODs (Accounts, HR, Purchase, Mechanical, Planning, QS, Site).
Optimize resources -- materials, machinery, and
Direct involvement in tendering, rate analysis, and tender
C. Financial Oversight
Review monthly budget, cash flow, and cost
Maintain balance in client billing, payment collection, and tender
Implement cost-saving strategies and margin improvement
D. Team & Leadership
Motivate and guide a team of 100+
Implement KPI-based performance review
Ensure inter-department coordination and conflict
E. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, MoRTH, IRC, and all legal/safety
Supervise regular site inspections and third-party
3. Required Qualifications

B.Tech (Civil) / M.Tech + MBA (Project/Operations) preferred
Experience
12-20 years, including at least 5 years in senior management (EPC Road/Bridge)
