Job Description


Key Responsibilities : This role would be responsible for shaping the Digital Stack for Global Omnichannel initiatives across Intas and Accord businesses. Develop platforms for Digital Omnichannel connect to the Health Care professionals, New Product Launch Marketing, Campaigns, Practice/Patient/Product Confluence, E-Pharmacy and E-Dispensing, Digital Health and other evolving Digital Native. Would be additionally responsible for driving Global IT PMO. 1. PMO will provide the governance and the enabling environment for successful execution of multiple simultaneous projects globally within IT. Key enabler for timely and successful completion of major IT driven business transformation initiatives/projects. 2. PMO will be required to develop project framework, templates for quick setup of project plans, project documents, stakeholder communication, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 3. Risk management framework to identify critical risks and management of the same. Should be hands on in identifying and mitigating the risks across Projects and Programs. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors if required for the flawless execution of projects. 4. Act as Change Management Champion this role should be able to identify change elements within a project and deploy change management strategies along with various stakeholders for successful outcomes. 5.Set up Agile Practices and environment for driving digital transformation initiatives. Develop agile mindset and environment. Add significant value to deliver solutions at a fast pace using a solid agile framework. Should be familiar with DevOps and experienced in setting up for fast solution delivery. 6. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. 7. Develop and implement digital marketing and omnichannel strategies that align with business goals and objectives 8. Develop and implement digital and CRM strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company\'s digital and CRM capabilities, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless integration of digital and CRM capabilities across the organization. 10. Lead and mentor team: Lead team of IT professionals responsible for digital and CRM capabilities, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best. Relevant Skills, Experience & Qualification: Proven experience into setting up the Project Management environment for Software and Solution delivery. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems: Should have experience with CRM systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and understand how to leverage these systems to improve customer engagement and retention. Marketing automation platforms: Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Microsoft , and understand how to create and execute effective marketing campaigns. Data management and analytics: Should have experience with customer data management, segmentation, and analytics, and understand how to use data to drive insights and inform business decisions. E-commerce platforms: Should have experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce, and understand how to leverage these platforms to drive online sales. Mobile applications and technologies: Should have experience with mobile applications and technologies, and understand how to create and optimize mobile experiences for customers. Web development technologies: Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and be able to collaborate effectively with developers to create effective digital experiences. Cloud computing and SaaS solutions: Should have experience with cloud computing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, and understand how to leverage these technologies to improve scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Cybersecurity and data privacy: Should have a deep understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy, and understand how to protect customer data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Candidate should have demonstrated IT projects. Qualification Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT discipline along with a Management degree . Witnessed at least eight -ten full life cycle of IT projects. Experience 15 \' 18 Years
