The General Manager - International Tours & Sales will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and overall growth of the International Tours division. This role combines business development, sales leadership, client acquisition, and operational management to ensure profitable and seamless international travel services. The GM will lead the sales team, build strong customer and partner relationships, and oversee end-to-end tour operations.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for international tours.
Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B, B2C, and corporate clients.
Plan, design, and manage international group tour packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporates, and travel partners.
Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and DMCs for best deals.
Lead and manage the sales team.
Ensure smooth execution of tours and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor budgets, profitability, and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
06+ years of experience in International Tours & Travel Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong knowledge of international destinations, packages, and visa processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle both sales and operations efficiently.
