We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to establish and lead our upcoming
Insurance Broking Company
. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end setup, IRDAI registration, operations management, and business growth across general, life, and health insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete setup and licensing process for the new broking company.
Build relationships with insurance companies and regulatory authorities.
Develop business strategy, sales channels, and operational framework.
Recruit and manage the core team, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective broking solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in insurance broking, banking, or financial services.
Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and broking operations.
Proven leadership and business development skills.
IRDAI Broker/Principal Officer certification is an added advantage.
