POSITION - IT HEAD

This position is in Delhi, India, and is responsible for providing Information Systems and technology leadership to the Company businesses presently operating in India. The role involves maintaining stable and secure IT systems and acting as a catalyst in enabling business growth through digital transformation initiatives.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

IT Leadership & Business Partnership:

- Bridge IT with business functions for the purpose of technology strategy planning, solution discovery, service management, risks, and relationship management.

- Proactively identify and promote digitization opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

- Partner with business leadership and other IT stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects.

- Project manage key technology system implementation initiatives.

- Ensure effective and efficient IT operations.

- Drive cybersecurity compliance, improvements, and awareness in the organization

- Work with and manage consultants and vendors to ensure successful business systems implementations.

- Manage IT Budgets including capital planning, operational cost management, and quarterly performance to budget.

Infrastructure and General Systems:

- Work and monitor closely IT operations and infrastructure organizations to deploy and leverage India\'s full infrastructure capabilities, competencies, and tools. Ensuring that infrastructure monitoring tasks associated with the site locations are scheduled and completed.

- Ensure optimal IT service delivery involving 1st/2nd level support with a focus on process and continuous improvement.

Compliance, Systems Security & Controls:

- Understand and adhere to companies I.T. policies & standards.

- Maintain business continuity and resumption planning for IT systems.

- IT Audit

Administration & IT management

- Partner and liaise with support partners & regional leadership to tightly align IT and business needs.

- Contributes to, follows, and meets project objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

- 10- 15 years\' experience in an information technology leadership role

- Knowledge of systems of engagements involving commercial operations, sales, marketing, digital commerce, field service etc.

- Experience in implementing digital programs e.g., ERP /CRM, customer service, data & analytics, IT architecture etc.

- Strong experience in application implementation and deployment life cycle

- Familiar with Microsoft Business Central / Salesforce and core business processes e.g., BW, Make to Deploy, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Supply Chain and Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Cash, FA), India taxation.

- Cybersecurity experience will be advantageous.

- Understanding of ITIL and service management methodologies

- Demonstrates skill solving business process issues.

- Project management experience including timeline planning, resource allocation, and budget control.

- Ability to effectively manage change, risks, and issues.

- Proactive in identifying and anticipating customer needs and making relevant solution recommendations.

- Work well as a collaborator and is also able to function independently with minimal supervision.
