Requirements of the job:
Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 20+ years experience in Industrial Power Transmission Industry, preferably from belting industry.
Experience in Budgeting and Delivery of Sales, Margin and EBITDA.
Techno-Commercial Expertise in Sales, Service and Business Development of industrial products targeting OEM, End User and Distribution segments.
Demonstrated drive towards target achievement in all relevant KPIs.
Strong business acumen, decision-making and effective communication.
Experience in leading, developing, training and engaging people with different skills and team performance management.
Demonstrated high level of customer centricity providing them with best possible solutions and service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Proven track record demonstrating high integrity, trust and transparency.
Experience in operating in a global environment aligning actions with all stakeholders regionally & globally and cross functional collaboration.
Experience or ability of operating in a matrix organization.
Multi-linguistic with proficiency in languages of English, Spoken Hindi and local languages.
