Partner with divisional leaders to define and evaluate performance metrics, linking talent strategies closely with business outcomes.
Champion talent management and succession planning efforts at the business and functional levels, aiming to identify, nurture, and retain top-performing employees.
Leverage advanced HR analytics and data-driven insights to monitor trends, forecast talent needs, and recommend strategic interventions.
Assess and implement tailored employee development programmes to foster continuous learning and skill enhancement in alignment with evolving business needs.
Drive a vibrant, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture through proactive employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Address complex employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness, including communication challenges, exits, and grievance resolution, to maintain a positive organisational culture.
Ensure effective deployment, capability building, and motivation of the HR team to deliver on strategic objectives with excellence.
Implement and optimise technology-based HR systems and tools within the business unit to improve operational efficiency and innovation in HR practices.
Plan and execute change management initiatives to support organisational transformation, enhancing the division's adaptability and resilience in a dynamic market environment.
Experience 10-14 years ot total experience in the HR department of an organization of similar scale, this should include 8+ years of experience in a Business HR role Industry Preferred Qualifications Advanced post-graduate degree in HR (MBA or Masters in HR preferred) General Requirements
