Lead entire HR vertical - Hospital + Medical College
Drive HR strategy, policy development & workforce planning
Ensure 100% compliance with Labour Law, NABH, NMC & statutory norms
Lead HR audits, manpower budgeting & performance management
Oversee employee relations, grievance redressal & disciplinary processes
Coordinate with Chairman/CEO/Dean/Principal for institutional growth
Guide HR Manager & Executives, ensuring seamless HR operations
Mandatory Skills: NABH, NMC, Labour Law, HR Strategy, Talent Management, Union Handling, Payroll Governance

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
