Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Leadership
Lead and manage HR teams for multi-location operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee HR departmental budgeting and
Profit & Loss (P&L) management
.
Drive HR operational excellence, productivity, and cost efficiency.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
Manage
campus hiring
, walk-ins, and manpower planning.
Build strong talent pipelines as per business requirements.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Oversee monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
Ensure complete compliance with
, and all other statutory laws.
Liaison with government departments, auditors, and external agencies.
4. Policy & Documentation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies as per government norms and company requirements.
Ensure compliance across all sites and maintain HR audit readiness.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and IR matters.
5. Liasioning & External Coordination
Coordinate with legal teams, government authorities, labour departments, and consultants.
Manage statutory inspections, renewals, and compliance documentation.
6. Business Development & Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to
business development and expansion activities

Align HR strategies with business growth plans.
Support the operational team in driving productivity metrics and KPI improvements.
7. Performance Management & Training
Implement robust performance management systems.
Identify capability gaps and drive training and development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
8-10 years of strong HR experience
, preferably in logistics or operations-heavy industries.
Excellent understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
Strong skills in
P&L handling, budgeting, and manpower cost planning

Advanced proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting, Dashboards)

Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Education:
MBA in Human Resources
(mandatory)
Additional certifications in labour law, compliance, or analytics will be an added advantage.
