Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead HR operations across all businesses of the Company, ensuring seamless operations and effective compliance.

2. Develop, implement and regularly evaluate HR policies and processes across all businesses and units

3. Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

4. Work with the company\'s senior management team to establish a sound plan of management succession.

5. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic recruitment and retention plans to meet the requirements of the business and organizational goals.

6. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

7. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

8. Identify need for training and development. Implement training and development programs, encourage employees to upskill. Implement mentorship programs.

9. Promote the Company as an inclusive workplace and equal opportunity employer

10. Identify and implement digital solutions for efficient working of the department

8. Knowledge of and experience with HRMIS

9. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing Companies will be preferred

10. Preferable industry experience of Agrochemicals/ FMCG/ Hospitality
