Conduct onboarding and training for new employees.
Track daily attendance, overtime, and leaves.
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
2. Process & Operations Management
Understand each department's process and prepare SOPs.
Review workflows to identify and fix inefficiencies.
Coordinate between departments for smooth functioning.
Submit weekly and monthly operational reports to MD.
3. Performance Monitoring
Define KPIs for all departments.
Conduct regular performance reviews and improvement meetings.
Track productivity and suggest corrective actions.
4. Culture & Coordination
Build a transparent, fair, and politics-free workplace.
Handle conflicts neutrally and encourage teamwork.
Maintain discipline while ensuring employee morale.
Eligibility:
Education:
Graduate in HR/Business; MBA/PG in HR preferred
Experience:
3-4 years in HR; minimum 3 years in recruitment & training
Preferred Industry:
Manufacturing, Energy, or Industrial sectors
Skills:
Strong communication & leadership
Knowledge of Hiring Process & General HR laws and training methods
Proficient in Google Sheets.
