Position - General Manager - HR operations
Managing Staffing and Recruitment Process
? Analyze & maintain the tracker of open position
? Study the business needs, understand and create job descriptions - work closely with the functional heads to
understand the roles
? Source candidates through various modes- online, placements, social media, etc
? Conduct interviews - preliminary round , connect with functional heads for further candidate
evaluation and evaluation for final round with the CEO & MD
? Develops staffing strategy relating to hiring practices; compensation, benefits, etc.
? Monitors sourcing process and outcomes of staffing process.
? Ensures managers are competent in assessing and evaluating candidates
Managing Employee Onboarding
? Design, create - compensation packages
? Negotiate and finalize candidate compensation.
? Generate offer letter and appointment letters
? Remains current and knowledgeable in the internal and external compensation andwork
competitive environments.
? Structure and execute the new hire induction plans
? Manage onboarding and inductions
? Manage training, learning & development workshops
? Creates and implement s total compensation management packages/offers,
particularly recognition and incentive programs
? Manage statutory requisites
Managing Staff Development Activities
? Conduct employee engagement activities
? Manage grievances
? Continually reinforces positive employee relations concepts.
Managing the Human Resources Strategy
Buildsthe talent pool for Corporate and regional roles
Coordinates the human capital review process and leads succession planning &competency buildingactivities
Creates value through proactive approaches that will affect the performance outcome of employees
and control costs.
Leads and participates in succession management and workforce planning.
Responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution.
Serves as key changemanagerforinitiatives that have high employee impact.
Manage HRMIS reports on salary costs, attritions, employee development &retention rates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?1,600,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
