Job Summary

We are hiring a senior HR leader for the position of

AGM / GM - HR Operations (M3 Level)

to manage and lead the complete HR Operations function for a large organization. This role is responsible for driving HR policies, compensation, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate is a strong people manager, data-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of leading HR operations at scale across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations Develop, implement, and govern HR policies and processes Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll governance Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence Drive employee engagement, grievance management, and employee relations Manage performance management systems (PMS) and reward & recognition programs Oversee new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee development Lead training & development initiatives Implement and manage HRIS and automation initiatives Track and report HR metrics and analytics Manage background verification and reference checks Handle employee communication and internal HR branding Support HR transformation and digitization initiatives Mentor and develop HR team members Manage HR operations across multiple locations

Must-Have Skills

Strong leadership and people management experience Deep knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing large teams and complex HR operations

Good-to-Have

Experience in HR transformation or large-scale change programs Exposure to HR automation, digitization, or HRIS implementation Experience working in multi-location organizations

Education

MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field

Other Requirements

Open to travel as required Comfortable working in onsite corporate environment Experience in FMCG, Aviation, or large MNC preferred
