Job Title: General Manager - Medical Sector

Location: Jatauli Mandi, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years (mandatory) in Medical Sector

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) - Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee overall operations, sales, and marketing activities of the medical business.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Manage and guide sales & marketing teams to improve performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, doctors, and distributors.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management teams.

Prepare monthly reports, sales analysis, and performance reviews for management.

Ensure compliance with medical and healthcare industry standards and policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical / healthcare / pharma sector (mandatory).

MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to handle targets, planning, and execution independently.

Willingness to travel locally as required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in pharma, diagnostics, hospitals, or medical Drugs.

Strategic planning and business development skills.

Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
