Job Description

# Core operational exposure in snacks, masalas/spices manufacturing industry.
# Delivering results as per the production targets with the active support of other functions viz Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, R&D, Maintenance, Utility.
# Develop and implement suitable strategies and systems to optimize production/productivity.
# Ensure smooth workflow integration across manufacturing teams and maintain optimal plant performance.
# Drive continuous improvement, process control, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement through automation.
# Implement lean manufacturing practices to achieve business goals and customer commitments.
# Maintain product quality within specifications and ensure timely delivery for domestic and export markets.
# Thorough knowledge in business certifications like AGMARK, EIA, FSSAI, ISO22000, FSSC, etc.,
# Collaborate closely with Sales team for timely dispatch of finished goods.
# MIS reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) as per management requirements.
# Foster team building and develop a positive work environment.
# Ensure statutory compliances with industrial norms and overall plant management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
