Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire sales department and its operations.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Report directly to senior management on sales performance and strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
