Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report progress to management.
Requirements:
Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations (construction industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving targets.
Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
