Job Description

? To Organize, Plan and Establish site infra facilities at project sites.
? Ensure all safety and environmental related compliances to be followed at site as per applicable laws and company policy.
? To Plan and deployment of manpower as per projects construction cycles times
? To plan and mobilize vendors as per construction activities
? Organize vendors meet at site for time to time construction monitoring
? Ensure construction progress as per plan and commitment to management
? Full responsible for Project delivery
? Interfacing between Site teams and Head office functions like Engg, Procurement, PMO, Accounts, Bill desk & HR for all the engg, contractual inputs, Purchase orders, vendor payments etc.
? Interfacing between Vendors and Head Office Engg & Procurements team for timely delivery of contractual commitments
? Handling of entire project team and vendors
? Periodically review meeting, Daily/weekly / monthly meeting at site with team and vendors
? Interfacing between site team and third party quality team to ensure construction is fully complied with 100% quality of Engg drawings
? Plan and co-ordinate all aspects of the project construction process with the contractor.
? Suggest contractor for work sequence to be followed as per site conditions and additional resources requirement if any for improving the progress pace.
? Provide the reliable and comprehensive project reports to the HO team advising critical activities, schedule updates, and related project needs.
? Daily monitoring of construction progress and DPR considering quality concerns, and ensuring jobsite safety considerations are addressed.
? Ensure contractor performance to comply with contract requirements and issuing the periodic alerts to vendor so as to ensure the construction quality of the project.
? Providing technical guidance to teams & contractors whenever required for re-solving various complications of site with the close interaction with Engg & Procurement team.
? Should be responsible for complete material managements at site with help of Store Incharge at site.
? Should be responsible for handing over to O&M with closing punch poinst with due satisfaction of operation team.
