We are looking for a dedicated and professional

Customer Support Executive

to join our team at Radha Ki Rasoi. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required. Track orders, delivery status, and support RTO/returns. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction with polite and professional communication.

Requirements:



Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets). Previous customer support experience preferred (not mandatory). Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
