Maharshi Industries Pvt. Ltd. (MIPL) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
General Manager
to oversee and streamline organizational operations across multiple verticals. The General Manager will directly report to and assist the upper management in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales, product development, compliance, SOP adherence, tender management, lead generation, and marketing activities. The role demands a proactive leader with strong managerial skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities to align cross-departmental activities with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Reporting
Assist upper management in planning, decision-making, and execution of business strategies.
Prepare, analyze, and present periodic reports on departmental performance and organizational progress.
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Oversee lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation of contracts.
Ensure timely and professional presentation to clients and stakeholders.
Product Development & Innovation
Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Monitor product development timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Compliance & SOP Management
Ensure all departments function within the set compliance, quality, and safety standards.
Enforce and audit adherence to organizational SOPs across functions.
Tender & Project Management
Manage tender identification, bidding, and submission processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and complete documentation.
Marketing & Branding
Supervise marketing campaigns, digital presence, and brand-building activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful strategies for market penetration.
Cross-Department Coordination
Oversee day-to-day operations of various departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
(preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science,Electronics, or related field).
MBA or management certification is an added advantage.
1+year of experience in
operations, business development, or general management
roles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under deadlines.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities with precision.
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
