Key Responsibilities
:
Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors across assigned regions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Monitor dealer/distributor performance and support them to maximize sales.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for order execution and customer satisfaction.
Organize product demonstrations, promotional activities, and training for dealers/distributors.
Track competitor activity and provide market feedback for product and pricing strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
:

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Textile Technology.
10+ years of relevant sales experience in garments or textile industry, with focus on dealer/distributor management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, handle targets, and drive business growth.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
