Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Oversee day-to-day operations of the

plant/factory

, including

production, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch

.

Ensure

timely and cost-effective production

with a focus on quality and safety standards.

Lead a multidisciplinary team including

production managers, engineers, supervisors, and support staff

.

Develop and execute

operational plans

, KPIs, and cost control strategies.

Coordinate with

sales, procurement, and logistics teams

for raw material sourcing and order fulfillment.

Maintain strong relationships with

clients, suppliers, and contractors

.

Managing all the work from coming of raw material to the production with controlled parameters and dispatch of goods on the given time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
