The General Manager - Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing the company's financial health and driving strategic financial initiatives. The role includes overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and supporting overall business growth--particularly in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, with detailed performance tracking and variance analysis.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Accounting Oversight: Manage accounting operations, including GL, AR, AP, and cost accounting.
