We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Drive the setup of the India subsidiary, ensuring full compliance with corporate, tax, and banking regulations. Liaise with statutory auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to resolve pending paperwork and secure approvals. Oversee statutory audits, filings, and compliance reporting in accordance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws. Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices. Assist in financial oversight for India operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Serve as the primary contact for auditors and banking partners on finance and compliance matters. Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and evolving regulatory requirements. Be available to sign and represent the company on legal documents as required for compliance and regulatory filings.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, auditing, or corporate compliance. Demonstrated success in establishing legal entities in India (Mandatory) and managing incorporation processes end-to-end. In-depth knowledge of the Indian Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and tax regulations. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with auditors, banks, and government agencies. Professional credentials such as CA, CS, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance strongly preferred. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge local authorities and global headquarters.

The role will start as a work-from-home remote position but will turn into a physical presence in an office role in Bangalore. Minimal travelling: less than 5% Collaborative and international environment with different cultures. English company language. Full ownership of testing of features and functionality.
