Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the overall Finance & Administration Division.
Conduct financial viability studies, review project proposals, and validate capital structuring.
Lead budgeting, planning, and maintenance of accurate books of accounts.
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) as per statutory requirements.
Ensure preparation of final accounts for certification by Board and Auditors.
Provide financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to Management and Board for decision-making.
Ensure timely settlement of bills, receipts, payments, and invoices with compliance to rules.
Control irregular or unauthorized expenditures by enforcing financial discipline.
Facilitate and coordinate internal & external audits, and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
Oversee pay fixation, HR, procurement, and administrative functions.
Monitor the company's financial sustainability and business viability.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, corporate tax, and renewal of legal documents.
Analyze company performance and recommend measures for financial and operational improvements.
Develop and implement Performance Management & HR Development Plans.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Board or Management from time to time.
Qualification & Experiences
Mandatory Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA/CMA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Educational Background: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA - Finance) preferred.
Industry Background: Must have worked in the Infrastructure industry.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience in infrastructure organizations.
Proven track record in strategic financial management, audits, and compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software, ERP, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
