Job Description

Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the Board. Support long-term business planning, expansions, and capital investments. Financial Planning & Analysis Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor key financial KPIs and recommend corrective actions. Accounting & Compliance Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws. Coordinate audits (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure timely closure. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital efficiently. Oversee receivables, payables, and credit control. Optimize fund utilization and manage banking relationships. Cost Control & Profitability Implement cost-control measures across departments. Analyze cost structures and identify efficiency improvements. Support pricing strategies and margin optimization. Treasury & Risk Management Manage treasury operations, loans, and credit facilities. Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk controls. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team. Set performance goals and ensure high standards of accountability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operations. --- Key Skills & Competencies Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and statutory compliance Leadership and team-management capabilities High integrity, attention to detail, and decision-making ability Proficiency in ERP systems and financial softwaresoftware.
