Job Summary:



Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.

Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets to meet organizational needs, including preparation of periodic budget forecasts and variance analysis.

Perform financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.

Implement and review internal controls and financial procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, regulatory reporting, and audits (Internal & Statutory).

Manage working capital, banking relations, fund procurement, and cash flow forecasting.

Oversee taxation matters including direct and indirect taxes, and compliance with all tax laws.

Manage financial risks and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide strategic goals.

Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Tally) for streamlined financial operations.

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for domestic and international transactions.

Drive cost control, margin analysis, and profitability assessments specific to construction projects.

u Leadership & decision-making in high-pressure environments

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
