Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager - Finance and Accounts (GM F&A) shall be responsible for ensuring timely vendor payments, overseeing invoicing and billing, overseeing budgets and working in co-ordination with various key departments of the organization.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responsible for overall coordination and supervision of Administration and Finance Division. Supervising the process of vendor payments (which includes invoice receipt, verification, feeding, filing, following-up and tallying) for managing vendors. Responsible for budgeting, planning and maintaining proper book of accounts. Implementing internal controls and checks for payment mechanism. Verifying compliance with financial statutory norms, internal processes, procedures and renewal of the various Insurance Policies & Subscriptions. Providing financial reports, statistics, forecasts and other necessary data to the management Liaisoning and assessment with the GST and IT Dept as and when required. Prepare financial statement such, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and 26AS reconciliation respectively of the Company. Ensure timely settlement of bills (receipts and payments) and invoices by making sure that the bills and vouchers processed by the Accounts Coordinator. Facilitate conduct of internal and external audits (statutory audit) and ensure that their recommendations are complied with and implemented. He/She shall also be responsible for co-ordination and settlement of audits observations. Ensure timely preparation and submission of annual returns to Registrar of Companies, corporate tax and renewal of statutory documents as well as the Monthly/Quarterly/Annually GST/TDS Return. Ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, prescribed by relevant regulatory bodies, at all levels of operation. Train, manage, and build the competencies of subordinates and cross-functional teams. Foster strong relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions to support organizational goals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE CRITERIA



1. Must be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA.

2. CA End of 5-10 years of working experience in corporate office.

3. Must have work in Administration and Finance in a corporate office.

4. Hands-on experience with direct and indirect taxation, treasury management, and internal controls.

5. Thorough knowledge of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and legal regulations.

6. Ability to work as a team member, and good presentation skills with flexible working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
