Role Overview

The

General Manager - Accounts & Finance

will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple clinics. The role involves managing the accounts & finance team, implementing best practices, optimizing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across all branches. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis. Supervise vendor payments, billing, collections, and reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations. Prepare and present monthly MIS, P&L, and performance reports to management. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and assessments. Drive cost control initiatives and ensure financial discipline across departments. Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team to ensure timely, accurate work delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance (CA preferred but not mandatory*)

Experience:

10-15+ years in accounting and finance, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role.

Industry Preference:

Multi-location business

Technical Skills:

Strong command of Tally / ERP systems, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
